Requirements:
- secondary vocational/university degree;
- experience in the banking/financial system is desirable;
- business correspondence skills;
- ability to properly express his/her thoughts (both verbally and in writing);
- knowledge, experience and qualification sufficient for performance of duties imposed on him/her;
- an impeccable business reputation;
- organizational and analytical abilities and skills;
- knowledge of specifics of banking activity;
- ability to handle office equipment and knowledge of MS Office programs at the level of experienced user.
Duties:
-recording and registration of memos, incoming and outgoing correspondence, both postal and electronic;
- formation and maintenance of registers of documents in accordance with the nomenclature of cases;
- issuance, storage and accounting of letterheads;
- ordering and purchasing of airline tickets, hotel reservation, and ordering of automobiles;
- receiving and redistributing incoming telephone calls;
- distribution of documents in accordance with the resolution of the Bank's management to the structural units for execution;
- on the instructions of the Bank's management, informing the employees of the structural units of the instructions and orders and controlling their execution;
- collection of information and materials required by the Bank's management, preparation of analytical, informational, reference and other materials;- receiving, accounting and registration of correspondence received by the Bank's management for signature and for consideration;
- registration of visitors for appointments with the Bank's management and organization of such appointments;
- preparation of letters, requests and other documents by order of the Bank's management;
- preparing meetings and meetings held by the Bank's management (collecting necessary materials, notifying the participants of the time and place of the meeting, the agenda, their registration), keeping and drawing up the minutes of the meetings and meetings;
- Maintaining and updating the contact data base of the Bank's employees;
- consulting the Bank's employees within their competence;
- drawing up and transfer of documents to the Archive;
- execution of other instructions given by the Bank's management.
