Technical Support and Telecommunications Specialist

BAKAI BANK OJSC is seeking a technical support and telecommunication sector specialist to join its team:

Requirements:

• University degree or secondary technical education;
• IT skills, computer technology, structured cable networks.

Duties:

• Checking, adjusting and installing computer and office equipment and consumables for it;
• Monitoring the operation and diagnostics of computer and network equipment in order to detect malfunctions in a timely manner;
• Control and check the quality of repair of equipment made by third parties;
• Replacement of cartridges for laser and dot matrix printers, copiers and multifunction devices;
• Participation in the installation and administration of the Bank's computer and telephone networks, including its separate divisions;
• Advising the Bank's employees on the operation of equipment;
• Installation of operating systems and standard programs on computers according to the Instruction for preparation of workstations.

Conditions of employment:

• Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic
