Leading Specialist of SME Lending Department

Requirements:

• Analytical thinking
• Knowledge of Russian and Kyrgyz languages
• Computer literacy at the level of advanced user (Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication skills
• Credit experience at least 18 months
• Secondary professional / university degree in economics

Duties:

• Active acquisition of clients according to the plan of the office for customer acquisition
• Advising clients about the terms of loans
• Loan support (performing financial analysis and evaluation of the borrowers' creditworthiness, collateral assessment and verification, loan application to the credit committee, executing and granting loans to the borrowers)
• Monitoring of existing loans and ensuring the quality of the loan portfolio
