Getting around Bishkek just got more rewarding all October long! BAKAI is launching a promotion offering 20% cashback in real money on public transit fares.
 

It's simple: pay for your rides with a BAKAI Visa or Elcard+ card through the Tulpar system, and get part of what you spend back on your card.
 

How much can you save?
 

Cashback is a refund of part of the money you spend on purchases or services. For example, if you spend KGS 1,000 on public transit in a month, you'll get KGS 200 back. And if your spending reaches KGS 2,000, you'll get KGS 400.
 

Best of all, there's no cap on cashback! The more rides you pay for with your BAKAI card, the more money you get back.
 

The promotion runs from October 1 to October 31, 2026, and is available to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic when paying for public transit in Bishkek through the Tulpar system with a BAKAI Visa or Elcard+ card.
