BAKAI Kassa is a cashless payment solution for businesses. It includes an online fiscal cash register that connects directly to the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, a POS terminal, QR code payments, and a mobile app to help you run your business.

Sole proprietors and LLCs in retail or services that are required by Kyrgyz law to use a fiscal cash register.

Call BAKAI Hotline at 6111 or visit our head office at 56 Michurina St., Bishkek. Please bring your OKPO code/TIN and proof of registration as a sole proprietor or LLC. We don’t accept online applications, so you’ll need to sign up in person.

Once you sign your agreement at a branch and your equipment is set up, a bank representative will give you your sign-in credentials for the BAKAI Kassa app.

In the BAKAI Kassa app, go to “Active Registers,” select the register you want, and complete the transaction. The receipt is generated automatically and sent to the State Tax Service.

Tap “Forgot Password?” on the app’s sign-in screen, or call BAKAI Hotline at 6111.

Go to your transaction history in the app, find the transaction, and issue a refund.

Contact the BAKAI Technical Service Center (TSC) at 6111. Kyrgyz law requires your fiscal cash register to stay in working order, so if it breaks down, our technicians will promptly arrange a repair or replacement.
