BAKAI Invests in Urban Development: Technology, Robotics, and Modern Solutions for ME Bishkekzelenstroi and ME Tazalyk

BAKAI is actively implementing corporate social responsibility projects aimed at improving urban infrastructure and raising the quality of life for residents of the capital.

As part of its long-term CSR partnership, BAKAI has been supporting the development of the capital since 2023.

Support provided to ME Bishkekzelenstroi includes:

  • Renovation of the administrative building facade
  • Purchase of specialized equipment for processing wood waste into fuel briquettes
  • Construction of a modern greenhouse pavilion for shrubs and flowers, improving the preparation of planting material for the city's landscaping efforts

Support provided to ME Tazalyk includes:

  • Provision of 500 sets of reflective vests and workwear
  • Purchase of operational equipment, including an electric scooter and two electric mopeds for staff mobility
  • Provision of two new electric dump trucks and four electric cargo tricycles ("Muravei") for waste collection in hard-to-reach areas
  • Supply of two three-wheeled multipurpose street sweepers
  • Provision of 21 CCTV cameras for monitoring compliance and public order on city streets
  • Provision of three robotic lawn mowers to automate the maintenance of green spaces

In recognition of this long-term partnership, Marat Kakeev, First Deputy Chairman of the BAKAI Management Board, was presented with a letter of appreciation and gave an interview in which he spoke about the bank's CSR strategy and plans for the further development of the urban environment.

"For BAKAI, social responsibility means long-term investment in society, urban infrastructure, the environment, and the well-being of residents. We support initiatives that have real practical value, contribute to improving the environment, and benefit the city for years to come," said Marat Kakeev, First Deputy Chairman of the BAKAI Management Board.

The bank emphasizes that its partnership with municipal enterprises is built for the long term - covering not just infrastructure upgrades, but the introduction of modern technologies, improved operational efficiency, and new opportunities for the city's continued development.
