From November 24, 2024 to December 31, 2026, when topping up the Bank's financial services via third-party payment mobile applications, online banking, and e-wallets of the Kyrgyz Republic, restrictions on transfers between individuals in national currency within the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic are lifted.

This condition does not apply to top-ups for the following services: deposit top-ups and loan repayments, including IFC.
