Lounge-zone update for Visa premium holders

Dear Visa Platinum and Visa Infinite Cardholders! 

Starting October 1, 2024, Visa will be changing its lounge access provider from LoungeKey to DragonPass. 

To continue enjoying this benefit, please follow these steps:

1. Download the Visa Airport Companion app:

• Download for Android

• Download for iOS 

2. Registration:

• Click on “Sign Up” and select your preferred language.
• Enter your Visa card details.
• Complete the authentication using the 3DS code.

3. Security:

• Receive a 6-digit code via SMS or email.

4. Membership Number:

• Upon successful registration, you will be assigned a membership number.

5. Personal Information:

• Enter your first and last name (as per your passport), the card-issuing country, your email address, and your Visa card details.

Visa Platinum cardholders are eligible for  2 free visits to airport Lounge zone worldwide ✈️ 🌍
