As the May 9th Victory Day approaches, Bakai Bank visited and congratulated veterans of the Great Patriotic War, former concentration camp prisoners, and survivors of the Siege of Leningrad across the country.
Today, only 32 veterans remain in Kyrgyzstan — individuals who carry the weight of war, the strength of courage, and the resilience of the human spirit. Thanks to their sacrifice, we are able to live, work, and build a future under a peaceful sky.
As a gesture of deep gratitude for their invaluable contribution to our nation’s history, we provided each veteran with financial support.
It is a great honor for us to personally thank those who defended freedom and independence — those who, at the cost of their health and lives, gave us peace.
We are proud to stand by our heroes, to listen to their stories, and to help pass their legacy on to future generations.
With each passing year, there are fewer veterans among us, which makes every moment spent with them — every word they share — all the more precious.
Bakai Bank will continue its tradition of honoring the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, preserving respect for their heroism and reminding society of the true price of peace.
We remember. We give thanks. We are proud.
