BAKAI is advancing its ESG agenda and cutting the interest rate on the “Warm Home” program - a subsidized financing option for residents of private homes in Bishkek and surrounding areas. Switching to modern, energy-efficient heating solutions and improving air quality just got even more accessible, with a rate of 6% per annum.

The program is implemented as part of the subsidized lending initiative under the ESG project "Air Quality Improvement," which BAKAI Bank is carrying out in partnership with the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

What is “Warm Home”?

“Warm Home” is a support program for residents who want to make their homes more comfortable, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly. Financing can be used to purchase and install modern heating and energy-saving systems.

Eligible equipment includes:

🌿 Heat pumps in various configurations
🌿 Electric boilers and infrared ceramic heaters
🌿 Solar thermal collectors for heating and hot water supply
🌿 Solar photovoltaic panels and energy storage systems
🌿 Other eco-friendly heating solutions

Program terms:

✅ Financing amount: 10,000 to 1,000,000 som
✅ Term: 3 to 60 months
✅ Currency: Kyrgyz som
✅ Interest rate: 6% per annum

The program is designed for residents of private homes in Bishkek and surrounding areas, where air quality and efficient heating are especially pressing concerns.
