A new system for paying municipal parking fees via QR codes has officially launched in Bishkek. The project was developed by the Municipal Enterprise “Urban Road and Transport Infrastructure” under the Bishkek City Hall, with BAKAI serving as the technology partner responsible for processing payments.
Residents and visitors can now pay for parking online, instantly, without cash or intermediaries, with all funds going directly to the city budget.
With the introduction of QR payments, parking fees can now be paid exclusively online, directly through the system. This approach makes the process transparent, secure, and incredibly fast, the entire payment takes less than a minute, and all you need is a smartphone with a camera.
How to pay for parking via QR code
You can make the payment right after parking or before leaving - just don’t forget!

Where the system is already active
QR codes have been installed and are fully operational on Orozbekov Street - between Toktogul and Kievskaya Streets; on Turusbekov Street - between Moskovskaya Street and Zhibek-Zholu Avenue. The project will gradually expand to other streets across the capital.
Bonus: Parking is free on Sundays and public holidays.
BAKAI continues to support the digital transformation of city services. Our goal is to make payments in Bishkek simple, fast, and secure - no cash, no lines, just one tap.
