Aisuluu Oktyabryna, HR Director of Bakai Bank, has been elected Chair of the newly established Human Resources Committee under the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic (AmCham). The inaugural meeting took place on June 24, 2025, marking a key milestone in the development of a professional HR community in the country.

The launch of AmCham’s HR Committee creates a new platform for uniting HR leaders across industries. The Committee will serve as a hub for experience sharing, dialogue on current challenges, and promotion of modern strategies in human capital management.

Aisuluu, the driving force behind the Committee’s creation, is widely recognized in the professional community for her leadership in transforming HR practices at Bakai Bank. Under her direction, the bank has introduced impactful initiatives in corporate culture, talent development, and HR digitalization.
